Juarez gets a quick takedown and obtains a top mount position seconds into the fight. Gomez attempts a stand-up, but Juarez quickly counters, pinning him to the cage and taking Gomez back to the canvas.  Juarez lands a right and follows with a hammerfist. Juarez begins landing blows to the ribs as Gomez maintains his guard. Juarez penetrates the guard and begins landing blows to the head. Gomez turns to his base and Juarez flatten Gomez to the mat. Juarez gets into a strong leverage position and begins landing a flurry of blow as the referee calls a halt to the action.
